I do not diagnose, fix, or direct you toward predetermined outcomes. Instead, I hold a grounded relational field where your nervous system can remember safety.
I understand firsthand what it means to feel lost, disconnected and living from pressure rather than from presence.
I believe that beneath overwhelm, conditioning, and self-doubt, your most grounded self is already here. My role is not to change you — it is to help you return to yourself.
