I work with sensitive, reflective individuals who want to reconnect with themselves and move through life with greater steadiness and clarity.

My approach is quiet and intentional. I offer regulated presence, careful listening, and gentle reflection so your own inner knowing can come back online. I do not diagnose, fix, or direct you toward predetermined outcomes. Instead, I hold a grounded relational field where your nervous system can remember safety.

I understand firsthand what it means to feel lost,  disconnected and living from pressure rather than from presence.

I believe that beneath overwhelm, conditioning, and self-doubt, your most grounded self is already here. My role is not to change you — it is to help you return to yourself.
