SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Presence Remembered

Biweekly Structure

Presence-Based Mentorship is offered as an ongoing biweekly container. Sessions occur every two weeks at a mutually agreed-upon recurring time.

Because sessions follow a biweekly rhythm, some calendar months may include three sessions depending on the calendar. This balances naturally across the year and supports continuity.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a session, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.

With 24+ hours’ notice:

  • You may reschedule within the same biweekly cycle, subject to availability.

With less than 24 hours’ notice:

  • The session is considered completed and is not eligible for rescheduling.

Continuity & Rescheduling Boundaries

This mentorship container is designed around steady, biweekly continuity.

To protect the rhythm and integrity of this work:

  • I do not offer unlimited rescheduling.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once per biweekly cycle with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

  • If a rescheduled session is missed, it cannot be rescheduled again.

  • Sessions cannot be rolled over into future months.

  • Missed sessions may not be accumulated or stacked.

If a session is not used within its scheduled biweekly cycle, it is considered completed.

This structure supports consistency, mutual respect, and the stability of the container.

Mentor-Initiated Changes

If I need to reschedule for any reason, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative times within the same cycle.

Payment & Subscription

Mentorship is offered as a monthly subscription and renews automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

Payment reserves your recurring session time and supports the continuity of the container.

Pausing or Ending

If you wish to pause or conclude mentorship, please provide at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.

This allows your recurring time to be respectfully released.
