Presence-Based Mentorship is not about fixing, diagnosing, or directing you toward predetermined outcomes. It provides a calm, regulated relational field where your nervous system can remember safety and your own inner knowing can re-emerge.

Presence-Based Mentorship is not crisis care or therapy.

 

If you are in acute psychological distress, appropriate licensed or emergency support should be sought before beginning mentorship.

How we work together

 

Presence-Based Mentorship is offered as an ongoing biweekly container.

We meet every two weeks at a reserved recurring time. This rhythm supports steady nervous system regulation, relational continuity, and integration over time.

This work is spacious and paced gently — allowing what is true to emerge without pressure.

Structure 

Biweekly Mentorship Container

  • 60-minute sessions, every two weeks

  • Recurring reserved session time

  • Monthly subscription, billed in advance

  • Held via Google Meet

 

Because sessions follow a biweekly rhythm, some calendar months may include three sessions depending on the calendar. This balances naturally across the year and supports continuity.
